I'm kind of surprised this hasn't been posted yet. I guess I'm slacking in my resident Vette nutswinger duties. Mark Carlyle ran a 6.99 in his '07 Z06 on a drag radial with stock style IRS suspension last weekend at the LSX fest. First ever LSX radial car in the 6's. He's only 1/100th off the IRS record set a couple weeks ago.

This was Mark's response when asked about his suspension set-up.
It really isn't all that special... Coil over shocks, Sway bars, solid bushings.

The good stuff is probably the actual settings that we use, but I don't set up the suspension myself anymore. I actually take the car to a race chassis shop and they corner balance and setup the suspension so that the car doesn't squat much at all.

The car is setup 51/49 and really pretty stiff in the rear. Camber, tow, and bumpsteer settings were all adjusted to get where we are today.
