not ITB's I think that was the intake manifold, Bimmers have individual runners like that going into the engine

if it's an m5 motor it has individual throttle bodies. actually i think all m3 and m5 motors ever actually have individual throttle bodies, except for the US spec e36 m3. which is part of why bmw n/a motors pwn balls.

here you go. these are some older pictures. about 3 years olds. the good pics are on my other computer.

history on the car: my dad is the second owner and has had it since 1992. its a 1985 E28 M5 (euro model.. us model was not till 1988) the car is #84 with only 50,XXX miles on it. so the 84th M5 ever made. only mods are DINAN stg3 suspension, DINAN chip, DINAN strut tower brace front and rear, BBS wheels(era correct), red spark plug wires, and BORLA exhaust not cats (old borla is the one in the pictures). original paint and interior. NO restoration done at all. paint color is diamond schwartz metallic
