Agreed. Even minor looking bike accidents can do allot of damage to the riders. I would have probably reacted the same way if it were my friends and I didn't know what happened to them yet.

Bingo. My brother lives in Phoenix, AZ and always travels the 101 loop to and from work. One day we were talking on the phone during his commute when all of a sudden he yells out and starts cursing up a storm. Apparently some dumbass construction crew had packed up for the day and loaded their gear, including a 20' aluminum ladder, into their truck. They forgot to tie the ladder down and it fell off the back at about 70mph. Allot of cars plowed into and ran over that ladder at roughly 70-75 mph. No one crashed, was hurt, or injured somehow. My brother went right over the top and center of it but gladly it was already crushed a bit by then. Morons who act negligent like that or the retards with carrying the styrofoam need to be fined heavily and face charges!

Just imagine if we actually had "stupid people" laws. That would be nice.

Well, at least they were wearing some gear. A lot of bikers (at least around here) just wear wife beaters or t-shirts and shorts.
