4.) Chevrolet Suburban Diesel

Why it's tough enough: The old saying goes, "a Chevy will run bad longer than other cars run at all." Simply nothing will run as long without proper maintenance as GM's big Suburban diesels. They seat nine, can carry over seven thousand pounds, and you can find their 6.5 liter Detroit Diesel engines in Humvees.

Unimog...

the 6.5 with a Roosa pump is ideal, but with the later Stanadyne, not so much. The optical in the Stanadyne is very sensitive and poor fuel quality and color can make the pump go apeshit. Fuels around the world can be all sorts of colors... Making the Stanadyne 6.5 definitely not the best to go around the world

No Raptor? No Hummer? No Toyota Land Cruiser? No Unimog? but a fucking toyota bus? That list sucks!

Agreed. At least put the Unimog and land cruiser. Land cruiser is like THE standard for what other offroad vehicles used as a standard. Dead nuts reliable and efficient at trekking offroad.
