did the bed of one tow truck with the grit and it held up to a years worth of abuse pretty well, but the second truck i restored we left the grit at the bottom and rolled it smooth, turned out soooo much better and easier to clean (whole damn 97 350 4x4 & wrecker bed was "safety yellow" :rofl: we used alot of the herculiner unmixed on the front pushbumper/bedside edges/lower cab/roof to "tone it down" :rofl:

even did the jambs and floor (way more $ for a repl vinyl floor)

id use it again in a heartbeat...

Herculiner sux balls, did 2 coats on my truck and it was faded, separating, and looked like shit after 1 summer. Linex, or dont waste your time and money. imo

For sure! I used hurculiner on my work van rockers and after 3 years needs another coat, you can see white through it in many places. I did my jeep on the inside (tub) with it and didnt like it either. Spend the money and do linex
