need help

im kinda new to all yjis so bare with me. my 04 cobra failed emissions today. I have an sct custom tune, smaller pulley bassani cat bak, cold air. Is it safe to restore the stock tune with these mods and if so will it pass? please help im in the learning phases.

Is your check engine light on? You can take the car to an auto zone to see if it is throwing any codes... typically you only fail if there is code thrown or the light is on.
