Got a thumbs down from a Cobalt...

So SYP and were were driving to RSD on 94. Im cruising about 70 in the fast lane. I drive past this Cobalt SS a few lans over and I step on the gas for a quick second to make the blower wine. A few seconds later I see him weaving through traffic then does a ricer flyby past me. Then crosses over 3 lanes and gets off the highway near Waukegan. On the off ramp he gives me a thumbs down.

I was just bord after sitting in traffic for over a hour as soon as it started speeding up again I saw the cobalt and gave it a blip of the throttle. The ricer fly by was expected thats why I did that, but the thumbs down puzzles me. Does he think hes driving the fastest/coolest car on the road?
