I was pulled over and given a drag racing ticket just because i 'launched' from a stoplight with another car. I only got to 25mph (35mph speed limit), let off, and wasn't even through the intersection before a cop cut me off, pulled the other guy over and then told me to pull over through the megaphone or whatever.

They'll hassle you for sure.
