Blown head gasket?

I posted this same thing under "water coming from exhaust" but i thought that was kind of funny. Yesterday i let my car run in the drive for 20 mins or so. Then i noticed anti-freeze coming from the overflow cap. So i shut it down then poped the hood and heard the anit-freeze boiling. My temp gauge said it was alittle on the hot side but not overheating. I started it up today and it ran fine but there is a lot more condensation coming out the exhaust and a little steam. Does this sound like the beginning of a head gasket problem?

looks like condensation to me... do a coolant system leak test... and then if you are still concerned, do a coolant flush... I would not assume head gasket because of water from the exhaust... most cars do put off water from the exhaust, it's actually a sign of good efficiency.
