Is it possible to chang springs on an 09 GT WITHOUT a spring compressor?

I just bought a set of FRPP K spring for my 09 GT and I am debating whether I should just swap them in or save up for some Tokico D shocks and just do it in one fell swoop.

Is it possible to replace the front spring without a spring compressor? I know in older Mustangs I was able to get away with using a jack under the control arms but I'm not sure about these S197's.

im not 100 percent sure but i think they have a mcpherson strut and if im right you need a spring compressor

for the rears you should not need to compress the springs, just use jack under the axle
in the front you will need one

I used an Autozone spring compressor for my 06 GT front springs, with a jack under the control arm. Very easy.

they are macpherson style fronts so you need the compressor
