If you have a spare $200K or so, a barn find pair of '87 Grand Nationals with sequential serial numbers is up for sale on Ebay. The cars have been together for 30 years. One has 500 miles, the other 800.

What does that even mean? They are both stock and sat in the same place for 30 years. I'd imagine they both have less than $1000 invested in each of them, let alone anywhere near $50k.

it means the guy got those two cars and a couple other BS vehicles for less than 50k

Sounds like fake news. The asking price was $200K. I doubt the original owner came down $150K on the deal.

Yeah, the value is only in the "twin" status and the low miles. They will probably end up parked somewhere and only go out for shows.

The seals and gaskets all have to be dry rotted plus I’m sure they were stored with fuel in them. Those engines would have to be gone through and all gaskets replaced. Guy is on something asking $200k. Maybe if they were GNXs

I'm not too impressed with the sequential VINs, but some people sure are.
