Wasn't the Ecoboost package like $1995? So possibly around $26,420 for the base Ecoboost? Very curious to see what pricing will be like for the Ecoboost with their "performance package," hopefully another $2K?

i'd be hardpressed to buy a new base ecoboost at 26-27k though when you can get a used 5.0 for less than that with low miles

That's what I'm hoping for. I'd love a ecoboost but it's the 1st year of a new car. I don't want one till all the bugs are out of it.

Apples to oranges though. You are getting a brand new car with a lot more features and updates. Id take the 2015 5.0

A lot going on in those...a couple of omissions from the Ecoboost Performance Package...strut tower brace and K-brace. Seems like those things could be easily added after the fact. (besides the Brembo's, and unique chassis tuning of the GT PP)

One thing of note, the "Gauge Pack" on the Ecoboost PP makes sense....oil pressure and boost. On the GT PP, the "Gauge Pack" includes oil pressure and vacuum...couldn't they have added something a little better than vacuum?

A loaded V6 could crack 30 easily for the current generation.

I think a loaded Eco for 31 is fair. I'm surprised they aren't more expensive across the board...

Granted, until I see numbers I'm on the "why wouldn't you buy a used 5.0" bandwagon for the moment.
