Tried all the typical sites (craigslist.com/rent.com/etc...), tired the paper, cant seem to find anything i like....so i figure i'll try this...
Looking for:
- Townhome (Shared)/Condo/Apt. something i dont have to put to much work into like the lawn care and other maintenance as im not home to much because of work and all the other things i do.
- $400/$700 Rent
- Want to move early-mid sept.
- somewhere around schaumburg maybe...i work in South Elgin so i dont want more than a 45min or so drive....
- Parking for 2 cars
- Own living space (more than a bedroom)
- Laundry in unit (no coin operated bs)
- (if im living with someone) someone that likes to hang out/drink/bs around, doesnt mind company coming over, random women coming back from the clubs i work at, etc...
- Space to put the misc. items ive built up (couch, projector, surround sound, etc...)
I had problems with my credit in the past so thats a issue however, the money is there without any doubt. Background check would be clear if needed.
Let me know if anyone knows of anything
