Does anyone know a little something about turbos? I can only get 10psi and I made sure everything is tight and no kinks in the hoses. I'm stumped.

That's what i was thinking but I looked everything over lastnight....but it does seem like all the discharge is going thru the wastegate.

Did you hook up the boost controller to the right port on the wastegate?
That seems to be somthing people over look. What kind of controller are you using? Seems like it is running off of the wastegate spring only.

Here's a pic from ZZP when they did the build in 2006. The line that goes from the boost gauge to the wastegate is towards the drivers side fender and goes to the top of the wastegate. The line that comes from the side is all connected the same.

One other thing that bothers me is it seems the BOV is not properly working. It seems to only want to work when it is at neg vac or up to a couple psi....not sur eif this is b.c of the wastegate deal?

Car is ready to boost...have almost 800 miles on the rebuilt motor.....always something.

I dont know about the boost issues you are having, but your BOV and boost guage should be plumped into your intake manifold.

2 - boost controller hooked to correct port on wastegate top or side - depends on wastegate?
3 - blow off valve leaking?
4 - boost leak?

Yes. Well the boost problem is solved.....on to others...
