Those are all really easy jobs to do, especially all at once.
Wheel bearings are pretty simple, just the bolts that old it on to the hub, and the axle nut. Take those all off and bam, you've got yourself a wheel bearing apart. (leave apart to do trans seal)
Tie rods are tie rods, an old trick is to count the number of turns it comes off, and put the new ones on the same amount of turns. Might save yourself an alignment.
Axle seals are pretty easy to get to, especially since you'll have the axle out of one side (the hub) you just yank it out of the trans and the seal should a pry away from popping out.
