04 plus gp HID kit

can someone help me out here? my co worker have a 08 gp, he bought hid kit for it. i help him installed the kit. have everything connect correctly to my knowledge. after the installed the bulb won't turn on. i tried everything even turn the connector different way (connector to the ballast) and still no light came on. am i missing a step here? please help.

Where did you buy the kit? If its wired right it should work. It honestly is not super complicated.

Did you try swapping bulbs?

Is it getting power from the stock headlight harness, or are you using a power harness off the battery?

I ordered a kit for my trailblazer and it came with a bad bulb, they sent me 2 new bulbs and one of those were bad also

Swap the bulbs and see if the problem stays with the bulb or the ballast.

ive also had to swap pin location in the connector going to the ballast before.

might want to check that out.
