Anyone know the name of this part?

it looks like an oil line going to the trans if you follow it down, and going up it goes left to the passenger side radiator. it rusted at the holder so itll need to be replaced but im not sure what its called.

its located on the driverside bottom front of the car.

car is a 96 bonneville, 3800 non-SC
