yes and no...even with the W platform there are lots of little differences esp on the return line as to subframe, ps "cooler", HP there's the pump fitting height (same threads design is based on the older PS/efi fuel Oring flare)
hell the 1st and 2nd gen W's are very similar remember the SII WAS sold in the 95 regal
tanks and pumps are the same, hell you can use a saturn pump just by drilling the threads outta the mounting holes.
racks are the same minus magnasteer/non variable, threads and locations are all the same.
there are updated hoses for the earlier years as iirc there was a tsb for a buzzing when turning that was a hose touching the firewall and transferring sound so if you have something like this look for contact between the HP/lp PS hose and firewall

that said, they will all "fit"
some cars not equipped with a PS return line cooling "loop" -which can vary from single pass loops down the RF subframe rail in front of front subframe right behind and below the radiator. to setups with a "snake in a box" right below the diff, to the special rpo cars like the 9c3/9c1 with the actual PS cooler routed in front of the rad core support.
this can vary from steel to alum cradles as they mount differently but its not hard to get creative folks.
on the pressure and return there are minor differences to how they run next to the rack from the input shaft spoolvalve assembly to the pass side and the PS pump outlet...but thats just zip ties and slit rubber hose to prevent chaffing
i wouldnt hesitate to recomend that if you do alot of "spirited driving" you can look into the other options for the return/cooler... like say if your a nutjob that likes throwing a lumina around an autox
