ok the 15amp (in IP fuse center) TAIL LMPS/LOC LMP fuse feeds power KO to the 7.5 amp PANEL DIMMING fuse which is what feeds the actual dimmer module through a yellow wire at pin S (the wheel that controls brightness and turn on the dome/interior lights)
the power leaves the dimmer module through a grey wire at pin J (this feeds all dimming lights...and feeds back into pin R to illuminate the bulb that lights up the dimmer module controls.
that grey wire provides power to dim/light the inst panel bulbs, steering wheel controls, door switches (lock/window etc), trac switch, cigar lighter, HVAC unit, radio lighting.
IF NONE of the door switches. trac switch, etc lights up start at the dimmer switch, unplug it and use a paperclip to jumper pin S to pin J (yellow to grey) if everything lights up (minus maybe a couple burned out bulbs) replace dimmer switch.
if nothing lights up use a DVOM/testlight to check for bat V power at pin S (unplugged) and then put the other end to power and check for ground through pin J (DVOM is best as youll measure resistance, the test light may not light/light dimmly)
if no ground through pin J check pin P as this leads directly to G201.
im expecting it to be the HL switch/dimmer, as the HVAC is grounded through G200 and the IPC lights are grounded through G201 so you'd have to have two bad grounds for botht he cluster and the HVAC to be out.
hope that helps bud
