I have some used 105# layin around if you want them. If you have stock heads, I was told the 105's were pretty nice for the cam. That is what I ran until I upgraded rockers and heads. I am no pro on the spring issue though, just my 2 cents

GTP mikes car has a double roller IIRC. put 130s on it.

otherwise 90s and stock Timing chain ftw.

i talked with mike today and he said zzp crow cams 105s so which is better cuz i need to order asap

if you are talking about the one's that came out of my car, they only have like 3K miles on them (help u with the sale)

or i have some yellow LS6 springs id sell for cheap and ship out as soon as i got payment. (pm me if interested)
