Have you checked the actual wire harness of the motor? From the pcm, icm, and all that shit to the injectors and the ignition components? It could be a jacked wire maybe?

so the same cylinder is dead all the time but you have good fuel spark and the compression test was good? the only time I have ever had a dead cylinder there was nothing left but threads when I pulled the plug lol but with good compression it makes no sense

he says he's pulled the plugs too.

compression is ~150
fuel is present
spark is present
injector harness fires noid light
valve springs check good

Only weird thing I've heard so far is 10psi of fuel pressure... I'd like to hear more about that.

Also, how have you narrowed it down to cyl1?

try moving the coilpack, and see if the problem follows.

have unplugged the injector to see if it makes a difference? i assuming the miss is always there.

still. ive seen NEW coils from the store be bad as soon as you put them under load.
