Headers/high flow cat question

Hey here's the one I've installed

The picture shows 2 units, but it is a simple 3 wire hook-up.

The rear O2 on these cars just reports to the PCM that the cat is functioning properly. With a highlow cat, the rear O2 sometimes reports that the cat is not operating efficiently and throws a code. Performance wise, you are better off going with the headers and high flow/no cat... and just deleting the code, or running an O2 simulator that just sends the PCM a "it's all good" frequency without actually acting as an O2 sensor.
