Slick'd/skinny'd GTP in Naperville

Jamie and I were going to dinner and were sitting in the hellish 59 rush hour traffic at the 59 and N. Aurora Road light. Crossing the intersection was a silver 2 door GTP sitting on slicks and skinnies, no exhaust and no drivers headlight being pulled by a newer F150. Looked like it just got done from the track maybe?
