I need an antenna adapter for my 01 HU

I have a Aux hookup that will tap into the antenna and take over one FM frequency. I have an 01 Single CD (no cassette) Bose stereo. It is stock.

The stock antenna connection for the stock delco stereo is very small. The Aux hookup device will need to split into this. For this to work I will need a conveter that will take the small stock connection and convert it to the bigger (standard?) size antenna connection. From there I will need a converter that will take a large (standard?) connection and convert it back to the stock delco size.

Anyone know where I can get these two pieces?
