So the pulley on my PS is rattling like crazy, thought I popped a piston or something. I can wiggle the pulley with my hand a little. Don't know if I need a whole new pump or not yet.

you will need a new pump. if the pulley is wobbling the pump internals are shot.

might be easier to do if you drop the subframe some, like you would for a cam install...

It's pretty easy to get to all that crap when the motor/subframe is dropped like that.

the pump to line connections are pretty easy, with the rf tire off all ya need is to pull the rubber return hose off the resevoir nipple and a 5/8ths line wrench for the pressure line....

Yeah it is super easy. You have the two ps lines that are near the bottom, one on the pump the other on the resevior. You have two 13 mm bolts, one in the 12 o'clock other in the 6 o'clock position that you need to put the socket through the hole in the pulley. Slide the pump through the wheel well. I dont recall having to touch the subframe or anything like that.
