The one I got from them is the stage 3, depending on the year it could make a difference. BUT if he says it has 200 miles on it Im thinking it is a new one..

If it has less then 200 miles on it, it is either a newer core, or a car driven pretty much never. Either way, $300 for the core alone is a good price.
