Ok, I've driven around a friends GP for the last 2 weeks trying to get all the I/M tests to run so I can take it to emissions. The only two that will not flip are O2 heater and Catalyst. Any ideas why? I've done plenty of drive cycles and both O2 sensor and the cat are new. I've also tried a O2 sim. I'm out of ideas and almost out of time.

You have to cruise on the highway at steady speed and throttle.

There are more enablers but this should do the trick. All of the enablers are posted somewhere on the web and can be accessed for free.

IM240 will only pass ya with one....two gives ya the boot

the drive cycle tests for those two systems are mostly steady cruise though the cat also requires a long decel (down a long grade is the best) you must be over 45mph for 90% of the tests several runs at 65-70mph and slight and no throttle decels down long grades should nip em
