i barely was able to run a 3.2 with headers and a fullsize on my car i doubt you will be able to pull off a 3.0

This is true as well especially if you can't afford a full stack. I highly urge OP to troll the classifieds on CGP (clubgp.com in case you don't know) for a couple weeks and either find a crazy deal on the ssic (i've seen a whole kit go for $275 btw) or a used full stack kit. Save some money, buy used.

Dont get a short-stack IC, get a used full size for the same money or keep saving

well wats wrong with the short stack?
its around half the cost, and 60% of the power

and if i want or need to go more, they are stack able
so i can buy another one down the line if i want

and, in order to get the full size, i need the machined intake,
and since i have a Bonneville, its extra money for the heat exchanger

blah blah blah

im not looking to go that big,
i dont want to nuke my trans considering that
when i got it worked on over the winter,
they put stock springs and all that instead of the shift kit like i asked,

so i need a new shift kit to now that i think about it.

im not looking to make huge power, just lower/get rid of my KR issues

According to the ZZP site you're better off with the full size than stacking 2 short stacks.
