Nice. Still debating on the cam. Im taking the car to my friend in MN to get the work done. Also dropping in a trans with hard parts, 3:69 gears, and 3K TC. He has a S1X cam setup I can buy and since he is pulling the motor might as well. Just dont know if I have the funds is all.

The XP is a nice and proven cam I will agree. Ive also seen great results with the 1X. I like the fact that the 1X isnt bleeding off boost like the XP and you dont need to run a 3.0/2.8 pulley to see the same boost as a 1X with a 3.1/3.0. Shit, Merc ran 12.1 non ICed stock heads, Randy Major ran 12.4 non ICed stock heads, and FastGS ran 11.9 ICed with a 1X. Once the tune is down, I think a G5 ICed 1X with short ass gears will rip it pretty nicely.

Hehe, Ive seen lots of XP setups run very well. Its all about the $$. A lightly used 1X is cheaper then a new XP.

dmoore is demoding his turbo car... zzp trans with a fresh rebuild from dave norris... (trannyman) if he hadnt just rebuilt my trans, id be all over it like white on rice...

or just email trannyman, and he will rebuild and install a new one in a day or two... mucccch cheaper than zzp too... dude knows his shit.

Its gen 3 LSDless. I should be fine for the tranny.

I didnt buy the IC as a kit. This is one of the 3 blemished ZZP units they had left. They sent them all for remachining before being sold. I got people.......

The heat exchanger is on its way. Same size if not a smidge bit bigger in certain areas then the ZZP S4 exchanger. Cheaper too.

Working on getting the GM pump at a decent price. The lines and fittings wont be hard to piece together myself for cheaper.

Its supposed to be only 2.25 inches thick. I didnt measure but I thought it was a little too thick as well.
