Should replace the two coolant elbows while you are there, if you havent done so already. They will probably break when you remove the bracket. They are only a few bucks for both.

If its just the pulley, yes its replaceable. If its the tensioner its self its not serviceable.
We have the bracket and pulley in stock if needed
