Looking for an apartment.

If anyone knows of an apartment for rent, mostly in the city or very close surrounding burbs then let me know.

Not looking to spend more then $700 a month, 1br at least. Option for a garage a plus. Willing to go higher if the place is right.

When do you need it? I am in the process of buying a 4 unit in the city (North side), and the rent will be right around that, maybe a little bit more. They are 2-bedroom apts, single bath. Once I close on the building, they should be ready in a month (hopefully).

No garage, but there is a parking slab in the rear for 4 cars....1 per unit.

Over by Brian's really cheap. They say it's not the greatest area, but we never had a problem. Parking garage under the building. Don't you work out here too?

yea I work in EGV but would still prefer to live in the city. I dont think im ready for the suburban life just yet
