Is that the recal paper they sent out to everyone?? Mine said they didnt have the parts to fix but were working on it and a follow up letter would be sent..

The initial letter also said that if you felt your car was a huge threat, they would service it. Ltlqueens GTX had oil all over the front and started to touch the manifold. Told her to make an appointment ASAP and had it fixed. That was a little over a month ago.
