3800 Pacesetter's leak

Is there some sort of trick to get these damn things to seal? its just the rear that leak. Its driving me crazy! My car sounds like a damn tractor!

I had to weld mine. No matter what clamps I used it still leaked.

Oh sorry if so. I did not have issues with the gaskets wear the header bolts up. Just at the Y pipe.

me too, but when you hear his car it sounds up further, not like mine when i had open headers on RT. 47 doing 60MPH (which by the way was fun as hell passing people...lol...it scared the shit out of a old lady and she almost drove off the road!!!)

dont know why i didnt ask this earlier:

you have the right header bolts right?

i still dont understand it, i NEVER had a problem with them bolting up and sealing.

the only leaks i have are at the y pipe and a small leak at the front doughnut.
