I see your from DG. Dont come to Aurora with that tint. Just got pulled over for my tint this past weekend. Aurora PD said they are really cracking down on window tint on front windows. :angry:

actually i live in aurora, i just forgot that i had downers still in my profile... oops..
i had tints on my truck for a year now, and never got fucked with and my buick in my sig has tints too..

I think it's very dependent on the color of the car. On a black car like the GN tint really doesn't stand out but on a white car it's a stark contrast difference and it's going to be very noticable.

I haven't had any trouble for 5 months with the GP. I think I have 5% on all the windows and 10% on the 2 front.

how light is the 10%?
i cant stand the look when there are 2 different shades.
the GF doesnt want its too dark either. my truck has factory tint on the rears and i forgot what % was used to match up. but the gtp will defenatly be lighter than that.

I think, with a white car, you dont have to go incredibly dark for it to look good. Its already white and anything will contrast that and look good.

Yep I have lived in Aurora for two years. This is the first time they messed with me. They said they would be coming down hard in next couple weeks. Its just a heads up.

I had 5% all around on my car, in 2 years i got 6 Tint tickets!!!!! Believe me its not worth it, u are better off going to an eye doctor and telling them u have sensitive eyes and blah blah blah and you can get a note so anytime the police pull u over u can flash ur letter and send them packing

I had 2.5 limo black on all 5 of my windows. I made it over 1 year with no problems... Then in 2007 its became full enforcment with tint and I dot nailed from 4 countys in 1 night.. So be careful.. :lol:

I just got mine done, 5% in back and 50% in front. it looks amazing! i can get the tint done on a coupe for $150. im in downers. Ill make a thread when i get out of class. Ill also scan his card so you can call him.
