3800 my heater blows

since its wintertime ive been turning the blower to max alot more than the summer. at the max setting it feels really weak, but it makes alot of noise (like its on max). my parents regal blows air alot better on max than my car does. i do feel hot air coming out the foot warmers and window defroster, more than the regal does on the same setting. is there any known problem with the blower that have these symptoms? any input would be great. im sick of being coughed on by a mouse while trying to stay warm.

does the air source change positions in relation to the knob/button on the dash? if one of the damper doors is stuck open, that could reduce pressure. there also might be leaves or debris sruck around the squirrel cage.... or the motor is wearing out ?

the squirell cage is clean, thats the first thing i checked. maybe it is the damper door, thats the next thing ill check.
