3800 zzp hid problem

so i hooked up my hids this afternoon and they worked fine but i couldnt run my fogs, so i called zzp and asked them what i should do and they told me to switch the red and blue wires around in the half a moon socket and i did and then i finished up and everything worked fine and then i went to start it up right now at night and they turned on and then EVERYTHING died? now i cant crank it, no lights come on interior or exterior, and get this i cant get the key out of the ignition? what the fuck happen???

Actually, it sounds coincidental. I bet you knocked your battery connection and you might have a loose battery post. At any rate, the vehicle lost all power so treat it as if that is your problem.

You would be better off trying with a running engine since the alternator will be producing more power.

battery might be dead. I did that when I installed my HID's....doesnt take long.....
