3800 Car wont start!!!!!!

All right guys lets see if u can help me out a friend of mine has a 99 gtp he cant start his car he has no power even when he put a booster to the battery and he cant take the key out of the ignition he told me that his lights where going dim a few days before this happened any suggestions on what to do?Ignition control module maybe?& thers no power at all.... h34r:

battery, gp's do that.

there has been a couple times where i was doing cam swaps, took the battery out, yada yada, and the key will not turn all the way to get it out, hooked the battery back up and comes right out. your battery is that dead.

this happened to my car last night. it was definitely the battery. i couldnt get my key out for a while either. i just left it alone and then the next day jumped it and it was fine, and started up just fine later today.

Thats what voytec told me I got to check that I'm pretty sure its not the battery but who knows till voytek gets here & checks it I had a booster like I said on it for more than fifteen minutes & nothing. thanks anymore input will helpfull thanks..

Hey for future reference... if your key gets stuck in the ignition (for whatever reason) its a release button at the bottom of the steering neck. to release the key u have to push the button in thru the little opening with a small screwdriver or pen and the key will unlock

Hey I had this happpen to mine check the battery terminals and clean em that should fix it.
