it's likely the cluster itself, meaning replacement. i suppose there is an outside chance that it is signal related, but it's typically the cluster itself, which means getting yours rebuilt, or getting another one and having the mileage programmed. ... there are some rebuilders on ebay that will do the rebuild and/or programming.

Mine did that a long time ago.. Thats why I changed my dash to Blue.. So I would tell you to carefully try to pull your speed pointed out a little bit.. If you decide to do it and you pull it all the way off you can reset it but if you push it down to far it will just get stuck again.. Its all up to you.. I hope this helps..
