what part of the bbv circuit/apparatus controls the rpm limiter while in park/neutral? does the simple presence of the bbv in the electronics trigger it? actual rev counter? or a specific vaccum pressure reading?
oddly enough, the other day, while in park, i reved the engine, and it didnt bounce back at 4k rpm... it spiked
