My tree fell on my newly installed roof/skylight. Roof had about 8 holes in it with the biggest about 16" Diameter......a couple 6-8 inches and a bunch other 2-4" punctures. My skylight also cracked. Overall, the tree covered my enitre roof. When we cut them apart a 1' section wieghed about 75-100lbs....it was heavy as heck.
60' of my back fence is gone and the 4x4s cracked right out of the ground....not rotted either.
My NEW AC unit took a hit but not that bad. I will probally have a dent removal comapny come out and massage the metal.
The north end of Villa Park had a micro burst and looks like a war zone as of the morning. Took me 25 minutes to get gas on Friday. A couple of generators were stolen in Lombard behind my house as well.
Oh, and im one of the 8,000 lucky customers STILL without electricity!!!
Three telephone lines behind my house are snapped like toothpicks......hoping for power by at least Tuesday..will see though.
