Casino cash: $4601000

I was interested in wbodystore's stage 2 intercooler but it looks like it doesn't retain stock PCV function? the alternative is zzp's intercooler but it comes out to be $1.400 with the larger radiator, fuel rails, gm pump and machined lower intake

is there anywhere I can get the fuel rails a little cheaper? $300+ for fuel rails is highway robbery.
whats the difference between zzp's stage2/3 radiator/heat exchanger?
