3800 brake question...

So I changed my front and back brakes like a month ago and the rotors were in good condition so I didnt change them.. when I go to stop all the time you hear squeeking and it sounds like the brakes are worn out or something.. Did I do something wrong?? I did brembos in the front and hawks in the back.. Should I have changed rotors to drilled/ slotted???

You didn't put any anti-squeal compound on them most likely. Mine did the same thing for about the first month after getting new pads and rear rotors for the same reason. And after a month and a half the pads are shot again LOL. God these brakes suck. I want Brembos.....

It might not be too late for you to pop them back off and put some anti-squeak on them. For an hour of work and a few bucks, it's definitely worth a shot.

I made that mistake on my Toyota Camry. I only drove it like that for a few days. After putting some anti-squeak on it, the problem went away.
