Hey everybody

Just recently swapped out bad trans in my 97 gtp. after everything is back together (took trans out from below, leaving engine in place) i dont have any boost registering on the DIC gauge. no aftermarket gauge to compare to. I looked at all of the the vac lines, and they appear to be where they belong. Can someone suggest what i should be looking for next as to a possible cause? I dont show any SES light on the dash, so the evap system seems happy. is there a good way to test the lines/elbows for leakage when it's just idling?

any ideas?

Inspect the MAP sensor, it's vacuum lines, and electrical connections.

It's vaccum lines? there's just one on that one, isnt there?

i wouldnt be completely surprised if there is a leak back there, p/o removed the mouting bracket that holds the MAP and evap sensors back there, so they're just along for the ride.

what's the best way to check the lines for leaks?
