3800 I need Help...

[99 Grand Prix GTP]

I want my car to run alittle faster. I already install a CAI, resonator and U-bend delete.
I want this on my car; 3.4 pulley, 180 degress thermostat, Performance PCM, and colder spark plugs..
But Where should I start first? I haven't bought the parts yet. Any suggestions??? Can some one help me install the pulley?
