3800 Can anyone do some welding for me?

I just tried to put on the N* "kit". Well, the "kit" didn't come with a modified bracket for the throttle cable. I can cut the bracket where it needs to be, however I have no way to weld it back together. It wouldn't be a large weld, probably an inch at most.

Can anyone help me? My car is currently undrivable and I don't have enough money to buy a modified bracket (yay college).

Yeah, but I don't want to trust my throttle cable on some JB weld. There seems to be a lot of tension for that.
