what headers? are they cracked? are they homemade and you need final welds?
if there coated welding will mess that up for sure.
i dont, but James(turbocharged400) is a mad man with a welding torch. if ron is not available im sure he could help you out

if it's sheetmetal/thinwall i have my 135amp welder here in hangover park, if it's 3/8ths to 5/8ths the big 210amp welder is at Al's garage in palatine



on car or off the car? we should be in the garage this weekend....

im a welder, in wauconda at dons welding and fab, we have a tig 440v that can weld 22gauge up to 1/4 inch

looks like iam gonna need some welds.. i dont know how think this is 304 stainless..? maybe

we didnt get the EGR on so theres on and iam finding lil ones here and there... also having a major pain with connecting to stock res again.. iam gonna try cleangin the bolts...

Yea well deffently need some welds cause they leak like mad.. EGR as well unless some one wants to attempet it with me..

so if some one can do those tommorw or some time like soon please let me know asap!
