66 has had amazing track prep the last few years.

I've been to 41 3 times, and it was decent but 66 was better IMO.

66 has real track prep which might be why the NHRA and other major racing series run there and not 41.
chip how many times have you run at route 66?

i wont goto 66 because its over twice as far and nearly twice as expensive and i will get 10x less runs in..... and there is no way that the track prep will be that beneficial over what im getting at 41. maybe if i was running a car that i could really only run 3-4 times a night.... but my car isnt a 8-9 second car w/ changes to the setup for every run. maybe ill gain .1 on my 60ft.... that extra isnt worth the other stuff to me. it cost you guys that extra amount in gas to drive to 41 and you are over twice as close to it as well..... i would go there if i was in your situation too.

im 15 mins from 66...

ive run there over 20 times..

my top 5 runs all are at us41

not worth my time to drive to 66 to sit int eh staging lanes while they cater to the big dawgs and let the ones who keep em open sit and get maybe 3 runs in on a busy night

ill drive the hour 20 to 41 and hotlap 90% of the time

i'm a byron and great lakes guy...but mostly byron....we have an invite from the owner for the 442 next time it's ready to make some runs...they want a pic of us doing a 4 wheel burnout in front of their playground of power sign...



being an exhibition car isnt too bad B) cant wait to go to byron for the olds nationals this fall...
