i would say yes, the function of the rear o2 is to tell if the cat is working/there. o2s are expensive and to buy one for the useless rear sucks. i think the loom trick with the sim would work, but i dont know the guy investigaing
i would zip tie the loom closed and tell him it started to hang and drag so you tied it up. if he complains look him straight in the face and use the quote in my sig.

Yes.. unless you have the code removed/ignored in the PCM.

Did you need the stock t-stat put in still?
