3800 OMG...

ok here is my new thing.. When I start my car you know how the RPM's go a little high when it is cold.. My car starts going crazy.. The intake sucks in LOUD AS HELL, and the RPMS go to from 800 to 200 and bounce.. when i give it gas to keep it going the entire car shakes and stalls for a minute... BUT when it warms up no problems at all... what could it be???

Might be the idle air controller on the throttle body. I do belive you can spray a good amount of carb cleaner up in the TB and IAC, let it sit for about 10mins and start it up. Should solve the problem.

both work the same chad. carb cleaner has more oil in it though
