To be honest that sounds pretty slow for a truck with all that stuff. I know its heavy but those diesel duallys are capable of fast times with mods.

and Diesels make how much torque compared to a gas powered engine?? Sure when you add on another 200hp+ and 400lbft+ of torque with a chip, propane injection, and nitrous (or some other mods) they are fast. Its easier when something comes forged and turboed to make it "fast".

For coming with a 350/5.7L, it doesnt sound slow to me, especially toting around ~4500lbs.

The Excursion is supposed to go from an 18 second 1/4 mile and 9 second 0 - 60 to a 15.2 second 1/4 mile and 6.8 second 0 - 60 with just the Whipple kit. I can't wait.

Having driven my mom's 05' Z71 Tahoe I can just imagine how much fun that truck would be with some power.

Damn I was way off with the weight, oh and I had the wrong engine too. :p But my point still stands.
